1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive an order-confirmation email. You will get a second email once your parcel has shipped.

High-volume periods, carrier backlogs, or events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes) may add 1–3 extra business days. We’ll keep you informed if we foresee a delay.

2. Domestic shipping (India)

We ship nationwide from our Jaipur facility using trusted courier partners such as DTDC,  Delhivery, Bluedart and India Post.

2.1 Shipping rates

  • Calculated at checkout: Real-time rates are shown after you enter your address.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied on orders ₹599 and above.

3. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Updates may take a few hours to appear on the courier’s system.

4. International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International checkout is temporarily disabled.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

All prices on purewiff.in are inclusive of Indian GST. No additional domestic duties apply. For future international orders, local customs/VAT charges (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery issues & non-delivery

If your order tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, or if the package is received in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Please email purewiff@gmail.com with the subject line “Delivery Issue – [Order #]” and include relevant details or images (if applicable).

Delivery-related complaints raised after 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered will not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement, as courier partners do not reliably support verification beyond this timeframe.

We recommend checking with family members, security personnel, neighbors, or building reception, as parcels are often received on the customer’s behalf.


Returned / Failed Deliveries

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, may be reshipped upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer refusal, unavailability, or non-responsiveness to delivery calls, the original shipping and fulfillment charges will be deducted before processing any refund.


Important Notes

  • Courier delivery confirmation, including tracking status and proof of delivery, will be considered final.

  • Claims raised beyond the specified timeframe cannot be entertained under any circumstances.

  • Pure Wiff reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
