Refund & Return Policy

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility checklist

  • The item must be unused, with tags intact, in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • An unboxing video. In case of any dispute, damaged, defective or missing items, the unboxing video will be required for processing your request.

2.1 Non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Fragrance bottles or diffusers whose tamper-evident seal has been broken
  • Perishable, intimate, sanitary or hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases
  • Clearance / final-sale items

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and email purewiff@gmail.com within 3 days if anything is wrong.

Attach clear photos and your unboxing video so we can help quickly.

4. How to start a return

Email purewiff@gmail.com with subject “Return Request – [Order #]” and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)
  • Unboxing video

If your return is approved, you can dispatch the items to the below mentioned address. 

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and tell you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.

6. Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged you can choose a free replacement once your return is approved. For any other reason, the quickest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
